This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between 4Spot Marketing LLC, the owner and operator of Sisu.club (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”), and you (“Affiliate,” “You,” “Your”). By joining our affiliate program, You agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To become an affiliate, You must complete the application process. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny any application.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions for qualifying sales generated from referred customers.
2.1 Commission Rate
- The default commission rate is 20% of the net revenue generated from a referred customer.
- Certain groups, such as Certified Partners or influencers, may be eligible for higher commission rates at our sole discretion.
2.2 Payouts
- Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, provided that the Affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold of $100.
- Any balance below $100 will roll over to the next month until the minimum balance is met.
- Payments will be made via direct deposit or other approved methods.
3. Minimum Payout Requirements
Affiliates must have a balance of at least $100 to receive a payout. If an Affiliate does not generate any new referral activity for 12 months, the account may be subject to termination, and any balance under the payout minimum will be forfeited.
4. Referral Tracking and Cookies
Affiliate referrals will be tracked through cookies placed on the referred customer’s browser, with a 30-day cookie duration. If cookies are blocked or disabled, We cannot guarantee accurate tracking of referrals.
5. Use of Advertising Materials
We may provide Affiliates with advertising materials to promote Sisu.club.
5.1 Intellectual Property Rights All materials provided by 4Spot Marketing LLC remain our intellectual property. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for promotion. Affiliates may not alter or modify these materials without prior approval.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may use various promotional methods, including blogs, websites, and PPC advertising. There are no current restrictions on PPC keywords, but We reserve the right to modify this at any time.
7. Relationship Between Parties
This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between You and 4Spot Marketing LLC.
8. Termination of Affiliate Account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account for violation of this Agreement, unethical behavior, or inactivity (defined as no new referrals in 12 months).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
